Starting at $14 and available in various sizes. With your meals, you will receive a free 7-day menu plan with breakfast, lunch, and snack suggestions for following the guidelines of the science for healthy eating during your week.

I rotate menus weekly for a complete experience, with bookings up to 30 days in advance. For in-home chef services, a minimum of two people is required; otherwise, we provide a kitchen group service.     DAY 1-Blue Cheese Entree Salad with Black Beans

    LUNCH

    This hearty entree salad features crisp romaine lettuce, aged Wisconsin blue cheese, celery, cucumbers, red onions, tomatoes, black beans, walnuts, and green olives. It is served with a zesty dressing of extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, coriander, and fresh herbs.

    DAY 1-Lemon and Capers Chicken Scaloppine Dinner

    DINNER

    Sautéed chicken breast thin cutlets finished in a zesty sauce made with fresh lemon juice, capers, white wine, fresh herbs, and garlic and served with wild rice mix and sautéed green beans.

    A large, refreshing salad featuring crispy Romaine lettuce, Roma tomatoes, shredded carrots, olives, pinto beans, and radishes. It is served with balsamic aged vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and dill dressing and topped with sharp Vermont Cheddar cheese.

    Mild pork natural ground sausage slowly cooked with onions, garlic, baby Bella mushrooms, fresh herbs, and crushed tomatoes, then tossed with durum-semolina short pasta and grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
