Giuseppe Urbano
Meal For Longevity, owner, founder and creator, Executive Chef, and Dietary Manager. Holds a five-year “diploma di maturita” in Culinary Arts and Hotel/Restaurant Management from the Carlo Porta State Culinary Institute, Milano, Italy.
Chef Giuseppe is bringing the experience of his 35-year-plus career in the fine dining food and healthcare industries directly to your table for you to enjoy the Italian longevity lifestyle.
Currently, he lives in Sarasota, Florida, where you will find him often in the local farmer's markets shopping for fresh food for his customers. Read more about his credentials.

Ewa Sienczak
Ewa and Giuseppe have been married for 18 years. Ewa has worked with Giuseppe in several business programs, including 1492 Imports for trading internationally Murano glass, and Oh Mamma Mia restaurant as a bookkeeper and a business analyst, and when needed, as cashier, hostess, and even a dishwasher!
Currently, she works as a developer for Meals For Longevity, as well as an international business analyst. Her knowledge of different languages and cultures gives her a unique view of international business, and she is an essential part of Chef Giuseppe's success.

Antonio Urbano
Certified personal trainer and graduated in biology at Florida State University. His dynamic vision and biology training are an asset to Meals of Longevity.
Antonio is the first son of Giuseppe Urbano. He grew up in the family restaurant “oh Mamma Mia” in Sarasota, and he is very passionate about fitness, sports, food, and health. He is a critical person in organizing the mathematical formulas of the Mediterranean Diet Calculator, and also in reviewing the fluidity of the entire website for a more dynamic customer experience.
He likes to cook with his father during family time!

Terry Thorpe
Business Developer, Team Builder, and consultant. B.S. in finance from Florida State University. He is a licensed real estate agent in Florida and a business owner.
Besides being one of Giuseppe's closest friends, Terry is also his counselor. Throughout the world, he loves water sports and especially kitesurfing.

Francesco Urbano
Francesco Urbano was a beloved father and supporter of his son, Giuseppe, an amateur cook, and he is the inspiration behind the Meals For Longevity program and vision.
He was born in Bari, Italy, and lived in Milano. He retired in Comacchio. Francesco passed away on May 6, 2020, due to the coronavirus.
All of our work, research, development, and studies are for him and for all the people who left us during the coronavirus pandemic without their loved ones. For them, time was very valuable.

Giorgio Urbano
He is our Junior Chef and the inspiration for the future of the Meal For Longevity meal plan program for children and teens in 2024.
Giorgio graduated from kindergarten; he is six years old, and he is in the first grade. He can speak three languages: English, Polish, and Italian.
Giorgio has taken up his father's love of cooking, learning about the number of calories in food and finding the math behind it to be a fun challenge. Giorgio is highly proficient in math. He would like to become a millionaire. There's nothing wrong with that!
