Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance, with each week requiring a separate booking. Service is based on location and schedule availability.
STEP 2 - ORDER YOUR MEALS
A minimum order of 5 meals is appreciated. Orders of less than 20 meals will be combined with those of other customers and may be prepared in a different kitchen than your own. The Chef will contact you.

Meal Order Schedule: Sunday for Tuesday, Monday for Wednesday, Tuesday for Thursday, Wednesday for Friday, and Thursday for Saturday.
Choose from different options:
Select your service day and portion size according to your daily calorie needs: 1500, 2000, or 2500. You can pick and choose your meals or opt for the 5- or 10-meal package, which includes the Chef’s Set Menu with one serving of each meal as displayed above.
Meals include bread rolls and a free one-week menu for The New Modern Mediterranean Diet to promote healthy eating.
Do you work out? Boost your calorie intake by enhancing the 2500 cal/day large-size meals with additional lean proteins (up to 8 oz per meal) while keeping the healthy foundation of The New Modern Mediterranean Diet. In addition, your meals include 1 cup of carbohydrates (2 cups for pasta dishes), 1 cup of cooked vegetables (or 2 cups of raw veggies for salads and bowls), and bread rolls. A full-week menu guide is provided to help you complete a healthy week of eating.
