*The program allows for only one approved item; multiple recipes and/or ingredients require multiple submissions. Either of the parties to this contract shall have the right, in such party's sole discretion and at its sole option, to terminate this contract by notifying the other party hereto in writing of such termination at least thirty ( 30) days prior to the effective date of such termination. Such notification of termination shall state the effective date of such termination.
